About
Autumn Karpie-Jones is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Buffalo, New York. She earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University at Buffalo in 2020, along with an advanced diploma in Mindfulness, Wellness, and Engagement.
Beginning her career during a time of significant global change has strongly informed her approach to therapy and deepened her commitment to helping clients navigate an often uncertain world. Her work focuses on keeping each client’s values front and center, supporting them in building a life that feels authentic and meaningful.
As a woman and a mother, Autumn brings both professional insight and personal perspective into her work. She is especially passionate about perinatal mental health care, supporting women in repairing attachment wounds, developing tools to regulate emotions in the face of familial stressors, and integrating the many complex parts of themselves into a more cohesive and confident sense of self.
She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, mood instability, or a general sense that there is room for growth. Autumn partners with her clients to create personalized treatment plans that support meaningful change and lasting progress.
